- Development Services: If the client is dissatisfied with the service provided, they may request free modifications within the agreed-upon limits.
- Advertising Services: Advertising services are customized to meet each client’s needs, and therefore cannot be exchanged. However, limited adjustments may be made during the campaign to improve performance based on the client’s requirements.
3. Procedures for Requesting a Return or Exchange
